Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before the product has shipped or entered production. Once canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. To prevent loss or damage, do not refuse delivery of an electric bike. If you wish to return a delivered item, please accept the shipment first and contact us immediately via live chat, phone, or email. We will coordinate with FedEx or UPS for door-to-door pickup. Any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method.
Returns (If Applicable)
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be 100% new, unused, and resellable
Items must not be assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, or damaged
All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and promotional materials must be included
The return shipment must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to EUNORAU warehouses located in the U.S., AU, EU, or UK.
Returned products will be inspected within 5 business days of receipt.
If the item does not meet return condition requirements, the refund will be refused.
If the return is due to EUNORAU-related reasons, a full refund will be issued.
If the return is due to customer-related reasons, shipping costs will be deducted before the remaining balance is refunded.
